Unparalleled Hospitality: Lucia's Exceptional Service in Venice I've lived in Italy for almost 2 years and have traveled a lot in that time, so I've had quite a few tour guides and event planners. Lucia is by far the most responsive, organized, and communicative! Even though I was trying to set up a last minute (less than a week) tour with her for almost 30 colleagues. Not surprisingly she didn't have availability, however, I can't thank her enough!! She was extremely patient and kind hearted, and without any obligation she still organized for us a trip to Murano, which included a visit to an amazing glass factory with a live glassmaster's demonstration, along with boat transportation to and from Venice. This was a wonderful tour. Lucia did a great job tailoring the tour to our interests. We saw the glass factory and the showroom, ( the work they showed us was incredible). We added the bead making class for 2 of us on the tour. It was a totally awesome experience. While we were in the class, Lucia took the others on the rest of their tour and then came back for us. I would be happy to have Lucia as a guide again.
