Lucia is so friendly and welcoming. We weren’t at the right meet up spot and she just flipped the entire tour backwards so that it would work! We got to see so many hidden gems in the city and to experience a part of Venice that felt much more ‘local’ which we really enjoyed after being in Saint Mark’s Bisilica and Square. She is a true Venetian, and displayed that pride throughout the tour. It was inspiring, informative, interactive (for our kids) and she could answer every question we had! Lucia was absolutely amazing! She was so informative and made sure we had a great tour of Venice. She took us to out of the way places, away from the crowds, so we could get a true feel for this beautiful city. She is a native Venetian and her love and passion for the city was so evident! We spent the whole day with her and wish she could have stayed with us for our entire 3 day stay there! Definitely well worth the money for this private tour. Lucia is a true gem!

My friend and I went on Lucia’s walking tour of San Marco today, and it was INCREDIBLE. Lucia is a local of Venice and her passion for the city and for welcoming others is clear. Before the tour, I had the chance to walk around San Marco on my own, but during the walking tour, Lucia pointed out countless fascinating details I would have completely missed or not understood by myself! Her knowledge of the history of Venice is astounding. Additionally, she gave our group recommendations for restaurants and coffee shops as well as ways to avoid tourist traps! Fabulous half-day with Lucia! The St. Marks and Doge Palace tour was so much fun. Lucia is one of the best tour guides our group has ever experienced and we have hired many.
