Lucia is an amazing tour guide and hostess . She truly makes you feel like family. We were able to customize our tour. Lucia is so passionate and knowledgeable. First we stopped at a Cafe for coffee and it was so enjoyable to learn about the history behind the shop! We visited Saint Mark's Basilica and the Doge's palace. Lucia is so passionate and knowledgeable you become captivated during the tour. She is brilliant and loves her work. She knows all the hidden gems of Venice and even shared with us excellent restaurants and areas for shopping after our tour. I would highly recommend any of her tours. Lucia is an absolute delight.

Lucia, like Venice, is a gem. I highly recommend this tour with her. She is very informative, patient and kind. Without her we would have not seem all the beauty of Venice. She had an IPAD with her filled with the history of Venice so we can better appreciate what we are looking at. She guided us at the Guggenheim and even bought tickets to St Marks in advance with her own funds to make it easier for me. Murano was incrdible thanks to her friends. That was really nice of her.
