This was our first experience using Withlocals and Lucia was just the BEST guide and felt like a friend showing us around her city. My 7 year old daughter just loved Lucia and she made the tour special for her by playing games along the way and preparing a special souvenir book for her. We all felt welcomed and Lucia answered all of our questions with enthusiasm. It’s very clear she loves what she does and has an extraordinary gift. Fantastic Guide Lucia is a fantastic guide. We had an introduction to Venice tour, which was both fun and educational—a great way to start our stay and orient ourselves to the city. Lucia is very passionate and knowledgeable about Venice, and her English is excellent. We learnt a lot about Venice that we would have otherwise missed. Would definitely take another tour with Lucia.

Lucia provided us with a fun afternoon strolling around Venice (Dorsoduro), showing and explaining to us all kinds of interesting things. Most importantly, she kept our two boys (ages 10 and 7) engaged with several fun games, facts, and stories that they could relate to (now they see lions everywhere!). We had a great time and can highly recommend her as a guide. Patient, great with kids, and very knowledgeable, she clearly enjoys showing her city to visitors.

Excellent experience for the adults and children (ages 7,8 and 9). Highly recommend taking this tour with Lucia to learn some history and interesting facts about local culture. Lucia is friendly, fun and knowledgeable!

Lucia was an excellent guide with great knowledge and showed us the Jewish ghetto and told us the sad and exciting story of the Jews who lived in Venice. Lucia was full of respect and exciting to the place. Definitely worth the experience

Great introduction to Venice with tween boys. Great knowledge and enthusiasm. My 10 and 12 year old grandsons were engaged and happy during this small group -7 people- tour. Lucia is terrific!

Lucia & her tour was a HUGE highlight for our three kids (14, 12, & 10) trip to Italy!! They said it was the best day of the trip! She took us away from the crowds and befriended our kids to take them on an adventure through her city. If you are in Venice - the best thing you can do is book Lucia!
