Lucia was absolutely incredible, I can’t recommend her highly enough! We only had a day and a half in Venice, and she created a perfectly planned itinerary that made the most of every moment. She seamlessly coordinated three different tours for us. As soon as we arrived, she arranged for a guide to meet us right at our hotel and take us to the Murano glass factory, an outstanding experience.
